3/1/23-present-For 2 months ,beginning 3/1/23 this property management office suspended mail delivery to our complex without notifying all the residents. We were forced to drive 8+ miles to the post office to pick up our mail because this company did not complete the required paperwork with **** to repair the broken mailboxes in the complex. They repeatedly lied to the residents about the issue. On 5/1/23 they hired a company that broke the water main in front of my patio, leaving a 4 ft deep hole that still remains open and is a safety hazard, and turned off our water for over 16 hours without prior notice. On 5/3/23 my apartment filled with noxious fumes from a renovation started in the apt behind me-this caused my service dog to begin vomiting and caused me dizziness and nausea. I had to vacate my apt for my safety and that of my service animal, and notified the leasing office in person. The manager was unconcerned and did nothing. The maintenance supervisor came by and noted the noxious fumes in my apt and agreed they were to strong to stay inside. On my way back to my apartment i tripped on a raised edge where the walkway and the asphalt paving strated and fell flat n my face, breaking my cell phone cover and injuring my left shoulder. A cleaner from the nearby apt ran over and helped me to my feet. I went back to the office to report my injury and was told they didn't know how to report that to their corporate office. I was unable to go to work that night due to the pain and inability to raise my arm. I am going to urgent care for medical treatment. And because my apt still has fumes I had to sleep in my living room with my patio window open all night to have fresh air. I could not afford to rent a hotel room since my rent of $1017.00 is due in 2 days.
