I had a very frustrating experience working with WIT Group Marketing. While the relationship started off promising they built a website for me and launched a ****** Ads campaign the level of service quickly declined. I repeatedly felt that my business wasnt being taken seriously. I had to chase them down just to get updates or clarity on why I wasnt getting leads, and the answers were often vague or dismissive, like we need to work on keyword searches, without clear strategy or ********** main point of contact, **** Magnum, made the situation even more difficult. Whenever I raised legitimate concerns such as why I wasnt getting leads or why errors on my website hadnt been fixed he either tried to charge me extra (despite my $300/month retainer for website and marketing maintenance), gave unclear responses like I dont know, or shifted blame back to me. He would even bring up his own personal frustrations instead of helping me resolve mine.A major issue occurred when I asked to have form submissions sent to a different email address. After that change, I unknowingly missed over 20 leads because those submissions were routed to my spam folder. When I asked how to prevent this or fix the issue, I was told flatly that it wasnt their responsibility and that I needed to figure it out on my own again, despite paying monthly for support. The most alarming part of this experience is what happened after I mentioned I planned to share my honest review online. I was met with a legal threat about leaving a review which was shocking and extremely unprofessional. And now, as of writing this, Ive discovered that my entire website has been taken down seemingly in direct response to my feedback.

As expected, Nathyn's claims are categorically false. Nathyn's expectations for his marketing efforts were completely unreasonable and outside the scope of our agreement - including the building of a custom CRM for $300, development of an automated scheduling app for free, and the management of his personal Gmail account, which our ********************** was never given access to. It was actually the moment that our agency attempted to charge Nathyn for services outside the scope of the existing signed agreement that Nathyn became very upset, despite our agency hitting every goal and *** laid out in our signed strategic roadmap. Nathyn also failed on several occasions to attend important meetings and insisted our team attend meetings outside of business hours and weekends to accommodate his schedule as a lawn service provider. Simply put, Nathyn missed leads because he does not understand how to check his own emails that he himself manages, albeit improperly. Nathyn was, in fact, so rude and unprofessional that his communication was limited to the company owner, who attempted to end the relationship with ******'s company amicably. There is also nobody at this company with the last name "Magnum", another example of Nathyn's poor communication and retention. In an extreme effort to end the relationship without further distress or disruption, the agency provided a significant number of hours of support outside of the scope of our agreement. Our agency even offered to let ****** retain the use of accounts and assets that were developed during the relationship with our agency, free of charge, in exchange for an amicable departure and final payment of due invoices. ****** refused to sign any separation agreement and would only verbally agree to leave amicably once he had received all of the assets and access from our agency. Despite our attempt to provide all assets and access, ****** was unable on his end to understand how to manage and maintain the accounts and assets provided to him, and ultimately demanded we train him on WordPress website development, ****** Advertising accounts, etc. Despite the egregious and unreasonable nature of this request, our agency attempted to oblige; however, we were unable to attend a weekend meeting, and Nathyn began his steady stream of libel online. With invoices unpaid, time lost, and promises broken, we have decided to discontinue any and all communication with Nathyn, and our attorney has instructed him to do the same.

though I strongly disagree with many of the claims youve made. (for the people reading I suggest looking at the yelp reviews I left with photos to fully understand what this company is about I shared my experience honestly and based on how things unfolded on my end as a paying client. At no point did I expect free development of apps or systems only the services included in the $300/month retainer, which were marketed as ongoing support and website/marketing maintenance.I brought up concerns multiple times about missed leads, incorrect website changes, and communication issues all of which were met with dismissiveness, additional charges, or redirection. As a small business owner, I expected a collaborative partnership, not condescension or blame. The fact remains: I missed over 20 leads due to a change made by your team, and when I asked for help resolving it, I was told it was not your responsibility. After raising the issue and expressing my frustration, I found my website taken offline, which only confirmed my concerns.I never asked to be trained on building websites or managing ad accounts from scratch. I simply asked for the support that was promised in your service agreement and basic access to the tools I was paying ****** not here to argue or get into personal attacks. Im here to share what happened to me as a customer. Others are free to read both sides and make their own judgment.

"***** *****" is really **** *****, as you can see from the email. **** did not pay his bills and was working on behalf of another financial company, attempting to uncover trade secrets, and was not, in actuality, a client of ours. He asked for a level of access that was not part of our agreement and was obviously trying to reverse engineer our methods of driving leads successfully for other clients, namely the former client he was acting on behalf of. After not paying his bills, he was sent to collections for failure to pay, and we have no further comments to make on this unfortunate business relationship.
