I contracted Digital king networking to handle a marketing campaign which they fail terribly to do as they promised. After 3 months of them not delivering as promised I contacted them for cancellation of their services, when that happened they call and promised a solution and waved the fees for one month. I gave them a second chance and they did as promised for about 3 months. Later i realized that most of the content they were creating was more like AI generated and look unrealistic, i contacted them for a solution and to do a more agressive approach to our campaign because we were not having the results we were looking for. They fail to follow up, it wasnt until I told them to cancel our services again that they call back, at that time I had already made mi mind that they were not a good fit for us. When they realized that i wasnt going back they took down my website which a paid to be created and claimed that I owe them an invoice for $397.00 due to their actions I lost all my content which they falsely claimed they created regardless I was paying them to create the content so I believe the content belongs to me.Business Response

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Mr. ****** ***** regarding his engagement with Digital Kings Networking (DKN). We take customer feedback seriously and are committed to clarifying the facts of this situation. Based on our internal documentation and extensive communication history, we believe we consistently acted in good faith and provided Mr. ***** with a level of support and flexibility that went above and beyond the scope of our standard services.
Mr. ***** engaged DKN for website development and digital marketing services, including content creation and social media management, for his business, M&******************* From the start, our team maintained regular communication, collaborated closely on revisions, and honored multiple customization requests. The website was custom-designed based on Mr. ****** input, including visual layout preferences and emphasis on specific services. He ultimately approved the final design with the statement Run with it! on March 7, 2024. Our team then prepared the site for launch, though delays occurred due to incorrect GoDaddy login credentials provided by the clientan issue we attempted to resolve through multiple calls and emails.
Throughout the relationship, a total of 68 calls were exchanged between our team and Mr. ****** Of those, our team missed only 12, while Mr. ***** missed approximately 25. Despite this, we continued following up consistently through voicemails, emails, and tickets across departments including SEO, design, and account management. We provided step-by-step instructions to help Mr. ***** ***** us access to his ******** page and ****** Business Profileaccess that was never fully completed despite repeated efforts. This significantly limited our ability to carry out social media posting and advertising efforts that he expected. Nevertheless, our team created internal tickets, submitted content plans, and made multiple contact attempts, often accommodating Mr. ****** specific availability.
Regarding the concern about AI-generated content, we want to clarify that Digital Kings Networking does utilize AI tools as part of our content development process. This is not hidden, nor is it a misrepresentation. AI-assisted content creation is an industry- standard approach that helps improve SEO performance and enhances campaign effectiveness. However, all content created using these tools is reviewed and customized by our human team to align with the clients branding, voice, and campaign objectives. Our goal is always to produce effective, quality content that strengthens a clients digital presence.
In September 2024, Mr. ***** expressed concerns about communication and results. In response, we offered a full month of free service as a goodwill gesture and implemented additional internal processes to improve response times. When Mr. ***** ultimately submitted a formal cancellation request on March 29, 2025, he was informed of an outstanding balance of $397.00. Prior to the site being taken down, Mr. ***** was made aware that access to the site files would only be provided once the balance was paid in full. During a previous conversation, Mr. ***** even acknowledged the risk by stating, Im willing to take that risk.
The website was taken offline on April 10, 2025, only after the cancellation was processed and the payment remained unresolved. Mr. ***** has since alleged that content was lost, and that he is entitled to ownership of the website and all related materials. We would like to reiterate that the site and its contents are fully intact and available. We are more than willing to release the files as soon as the outstanding balance is resolved. This policy is clearly stated in our client communications and aligns with industry norms regarding deliverables and ownership upon cancellation.
In summary, Digital Kings Networking made extensive efforts to deliver value and retain Mr. ****** business. These efforts included repeated outreach, tailored website design, a waived month of service, and numerous technical support attemptsdespite a pattern of limited availability and access issues on the clients side. We acted professionally and transparently throughout the engagement. The current withholding of site files is solely due to nonpayment of the final invoice. Once this balance is settled, we remain committed to providing all deliverables promptly and in full.Thank you for taking the time to see our side of things and please let us know if there are any options of next steps towards recourse on these accusations.

I am rejecting this response because what they are claiming is symply not true.1) I paid them a set up fee to upgrade my existing website for the very reason i wanted to keep it in case thing didn't work out. They never created a new on for me and i have proof from my website developer. If more info is required my website developer is willing to provide it.
2) they were very promising at the beginning which is why i signed up. After 3 months of them not delivering i contacted them and told them i wanted to cancel. Then apoligize and offered me to wave one month fee and to do more post on our social media. Proof is the date we sign the contract and the time they did the first post on my instagram. Im a firm believer of second chances and they seem sorry about the situation so I stayed.
3) when i notice that we were not getting the results we wanted, i reach *** ***** and ask for advice on if they had different products, she claimed yes mentioned some options and told me thet they ****** adds expert was going to contact me, time went by and a reach out again and he never called me back or if he did i didnt get to my phone however no follow up call. I also want to mention that they put me to 2 different account managers and they probably lost track in the process. After all this my issue of wanting more exposure for my business was never resolved. It was then when a realized that they were not a fit for our business and decided to submit a in writing cancelation
As a retaliation they invoice me for another month dispite that i have already cancelled the services. I never paid the invoice because it was created after my cancellation, as results they took down my website and the upgrades for which a paid, they now falsely claim thay they created out web-site.
As a resul of all this i had to pay to created a new web-site which is what im trying to get compensated on. if this matter is not resolved we will be forced to seek legal idvice go to court to resolve it.

We appreciate Mr. ****** continued engagement and respectfully stand by the facts presented in our original response.
1. Website Ownership & Development: Mr. ***** contracted us to build a new websitenot to modify an existing one(Mr. ***** came into our office and stated he does not have access to the website files for his current site). We delivered a fully customized site based on his input, which he approved on March 7, 2024. His claim that no new site was built is inaccurate. If his prior developer has older files, that is unrelated to the work we performed, which was created entirely from scratch by our team. We told Mr. ***** he can have the content off the site we built him.
2. Service Quality & Communication: Following concerns raised by Mr. ****** we offered a complimentary month of service as a good faith gesture, not as an admission of failure. We created and scheduled content, communicated frequently, and responded to his availability constraints. The timeline between signing and initial social media activity reflects our collaborative onboarding process and his own access-related delays.
3. ******************** & Account Management: ************** inquired about additional services, including ****** Ads, our team discussed options and advised next steps. While he may not have connected directly with the ads specialist, our team made outreach efforts. Any missed call was not from lack of follow-through. Furthermore, his account was reassigned to improve service quality and consistencyan internal decision made in his best interest.
4. Billing & Cancellation: Mr. ****** final invoice was issued March 8, 2025, for work already performed, prior to his cancellation request on March 31. Our policy is that deliverables, including the website, are released once the account is paid in full. The claim of retaliation is completely unfounded.Customer Answer

******* or Braeden from Digital Kings Networking contacted me by phone offering services to improve the online presence of my company for a more feasible service fee.He presented the mistakes made by **************** and asked what I was looking ******* of the requests I made was that the website domain I had in my possession, the website domain that I owned in my ********* account and had printed on my business and also had listed in my ************** profile, be used. They went on to do the service and created a new website but under a different website domain, namely bonafideflooringsolutionsinc.com.I called and reminded him what we had talked about. He put **** ******** in charge of my account. She then requested access to my ********* profile. I had to give her a PIN code. I trusted her and gave the code. Then my company email stopped working. After several conversations with ********* I understood that **** had transferred my domain to godaddys, another website registrar without my ************ that process, my company email got deleted.**** tried to put it on Hover.com.I contacted them again and all they could do was give me access to the last emails on the server so I could back up those emails. But the email had been deleted. They told me I could not register that custom email.I contacted godaddys to try to resolve this, but they said I needed access to the account which I dont have.I contacted Digital Kings Networking and they could not help me and stopped answering my calls and text messages.
