            Id like to bring to your attention a situation with Al Barnes Carpets in ***********, **** They installed a heated floor system in two bathrooms on my new construction home. They did so, and I asked the owner to complete the warranty registration form for the product so that I am covered if there were any issues. Unfortunately, as of this date, and numerous requests to do so since January 2023, via email and phone, he still has not completed the warranty registration form nor has responded to my requests. The product warranty form requests technical specs of the install and possibly they did not follow a proper installation process. Given this, I would not recommend Al Barnes Carpets if you expect to get any warranty coverage for a product you purchase from them. They are not focused on customer service after the sale is completed.
