    This place doesn't deserve any stars. Alot of negative stars if any. I just purchased a car from them not even one month ago. I still have the paper tag on the car. I paid cash $4500.00 for the car. Since I have had it there has been issues wrong with the car like it's idling high, the speedometer is off, brake light, battery light, and oil light flashes on and off. So trying to fix the problem I went and bought a brand new car battery and got the oil changed. I called up to the car lot and spoke to the lady about the issues the car and she told me to take it to a mechanic shop to see what is wrong with it. So I did. I was told that the transmission is about to go out and is not even shifting into other gears and the engine is about to blow because it is knocking. No sooner than I pulled out of the mechanic shop about 1/2 mile down the road the car died and wouldn't start again. Thank ***** it died close to another automotive shop where we pushed the car into the parking lot. After that shop checked it out I was told it had medal pieces in the oil and the motor was blown. I have been calling AP Automotive for at least 3 days now trying to speak to guy that sold me the car and all I keep getting is the run around about him not being in the office and they will let him know. Just warning anyone DONT EVER buy anything from that lot ever!!!!!

    I wish I could give negative stars. First off the owner was all smiles as we were making an offer for my trade-in. Then, I purchased "newer 2018" car but, come to see on inventory books, he sold my trade-in for over double what I was offered. Also, in the "deal", he would write me a check for a substantial amount of money which I have NEVER SEEN and I purchased the car over 3 months ago!With this, I had issues with the car after it was "inspected" by his dealership. Just a couple examples were the car only had 1 quart of oil in it when I purchased it and one of the seatbelts were broken (I found other things out as did other mechanics i took the car to).After I purchased the car, I was given 30 day tags; I received them 3 months after purchase and was pulled over by police on 3 different occasions for expired tags and had to pay fines which I haven't been reimbursed for...Unfortunately, I should have read another severely negative review about this dealership but I unfortunately learned the hard way. Buyer, please DO NOT do business with this "dealership"

    I purchased a car from AP Automotive, Inc. When I purchased the vehicle the tire pressure monitor light was on. The owner said he was aware of the problem and that the part was on order and I would be contacted when they received it. He also reiterated several times that I had a 90 day warranty on the vehicle and if there were any problems that arose, they could be dealt with during this period of time. I attempted to contact the business on several occasions regarding the sensor, but was unable to speak to the owner. Instead, I continually had to speak with his sister who I was told was a business partner. Unfortunately, she stated she was unaware that a part was on order for the car I purchased, but promised multiple times that she would follow up with the owner. As time has passed, I became concerned because the 90 days are going by and the problem has not been resolved. In addition, there are several other sensors that have started to appear. I am so disappointed in my interaction with this business because the day I purchased the vehicle, the owner stated how he was a honest businessman and how he tried to be fair and handle the concerns of his customers. I do not feel that this has been the case with my concerns. Instead, I feel I have been given the run around and now avoided. When I last spoke with his sister or "business partner", she continued to dismiss my concerns and treated me as though I was a liar and as though I had made up the issues. No one has offered any further help to me in resolving the problems. I feel if they would have kept their word and followed up with me as promised the day I purchased the car, I would not have had to go to the extent of contacting the BBB. Buyer be ware!!! They say they offer a 90 day warranty, but they do not honor it!!!!
