Fast and friendly experience! The representatives were helpful and answered my many questions and greatly helped with navigating the insurance process. Very impressed by everyone I worked with. Roof looks good and I appreciate that they warranty their work. Based on my experience with how they operate I trust their work. However, currently roof is only about 2 months old so hopefully the work will support this positive initial experience.I recommend this company.Ultra Roofing, LLC

Came out fixed the broken pip which was a bad leak, said sealed the other pipe and showed additional singles that had to be fixed. $200 and $200 for pictures of addition singles. Came out a 2nd time because I still had a drop from the sealed pip. After I came out watching him stand their for a moment, **** put sealant down the pip, then he hammered down up against the roof and wall of the house and said the wind must have blew it up, **** proceeded to give me a discount, and I was charged additional $600. However what he was called out to do was fix the 2nd pip from leaking nothing else. And the pip still leaks today. Also, they contract out work that has to do with singles. DO NOT USE, They have no integrity, cut corners and hide their issues. They do not seem to understand the basic understanding of water flow and overlapping of roofing materials. Ultra roofing seems like they would be a good choice and are very nice, but at the end of the day, they do not know how to properly roof a house. At first I thought that they maybe had a bad guy on their crew that was cutting corners, but after asking them to repair their mistakes, I realized that the Owner doesn't know or care about quality. They installed the drip edge improperly, overdrove nails through shingles, improperly installed penetration boots, improperly installed ridge vent, lied about installing step flashing, didn't complete the work they agreed to and then damaged the roof even worse when they attempted the repair. I now have torn, cut and bent shingles with overdriven nails that wont last and drip edge falling off of the house, with nails that are partially driven and others that are driven all the way through, leaving holes. The owner is refusing to repair the roof and I am stuck with a roof that will not last 30 years, it might last 5 before I will need major repairs.Please be aware that I know the owner of the company personally through events done together and if he is willing to do this to me, imagine what he is willing to hide and refuse to repair if he doesn't know you. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. During the course of your project, we made every effort to address your concerns and ensure the work was completed to the highest standards.
On June 29, 2023, we diligently assisted you with your roof´s insurance claim, which was initially denied—a common occurrence. Our professional team worked tirelessly to dispute it, spending several hours liaising with the adjuster, attending reinspection, and following up with your insurance for 5 months, all of this at no cost for you. We are pleased to have secured approval for around $12,800 to cover your main roof, shed roof, and gutters.
On Nov. 20, 2023, we completed the installation of your main roof. During and after the installation, our team visited your property multiple times to review the work and address any issues that were identified, ensuring all concerns were resolved. When you removed the drip edge to paint the fascia, it caused damage, which we promptly replaced to rectify the issue. Regarding the metal vent, it is installed with no exposed screws to prevent water intrusion, as we previously explained. The ridge vent is intentionally not extended to the end of the ridge to prevent suction and for aesthetic reasons.
We also advised against allowing unprofessional individuals to handle the shingles, as this can cause damage and cracks, as seen in the pictures you provided. We suggested you hire another contractor for an independent inspection and discussion of your concerns, but we did not receive a follow-up report.
Despite our extensive efforts to ensure your satisfaction, and our ongoing communication to address the issues, there is still a balance of $6,018 for this project as of today.
See the attached pictures of the great work done on your property, where you can clearly see every single slope, all drip edge line, and ridge vents installed properly, as well as the metal vents and pipe booth installed without any issues. There were no cracked, damaged, or lifted shingles at that time! Download ************************************************************************************

Thank you to everyone at Ultra Roofing. I had a leak in my roof that made its way into my upstairs' office. Ultra responded very quickly. They came and inspected my roof to determine how the water was getting in. They plugged the hole right then to stop any further damage until insurance could send their adjusters. Ultra Roofing was a godsend! ******* needed immediate repair due to storm damage and I thankfully found Ultra Roofing and I filled out a request online. ******* immediately reached out to me and explained next steps very clearly. She got me in touch with ******* who was one of the best and most helpful individuals I have ever had to do business with. He walked me through the entire process, worked with my insurance, and promptly arranged for my new roof to be installed. **** was very knowledgeable and transparent about the whole process. We recently used Ultra Roofing to fix a leak coming from an outside bay window that caused water damage to an interior ceiling. ************************* was the representative they sent to oversee the repair process. From start to finish we could not have been in better hands! He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable answering any questions we had.
