            I sold my home and rented a town home from *****. I am sorry to report that the experience was trying and difficult at best. Communications with the office was difficult and ***** demonstrated an authoritative attitude. At lease end it was apparent that she was going to do everything in her power to keep as much of my security deposits as possible. She was rude and confrontational, and would not answer specific questions. On the final walk through one of her agents commented on what great condition the property was in, but that did not stop ***** from keeping a portion of our security. She sent a ridiculous invoice that was hand written for replacement of a carpet in a bedroom that was over 10 years old. There was no vendor name, no sales tax, no square footage, no product type no reason why she was replacing it, It was incredibly transparent that it was a fake invoice. From all the other reviews here I see I am not alone in my experience with *****.
