    ****************** at Autumn Park in ********* should be fired. She purposely doesnt responds to emails and has dropped the ball in the past. Their entire office staff is so disorganized and rarely answers their phones or emails, all lead by their unprofessional manager, ********. I asked ******** what is a way for me to submit a formal complaint and she called from her office in ********* and changed her name and said she was someone else. How is this ok? She said the only way to submit a complaint is to email her and that is the only way. I emailed her my complaint and she didnt respond. She truly is the worst property manager *** ever come across. Aside from communication falling short, there are bugs all over that will get into your apartment no matter how clean you keep it. The maintenance staff is nice, but their overall process takes a long time to get the job done. Oh, they cheaply paint their countertops so if you live here for over 4.5 years like we did and the paint starts to chip, they will charge you for it. This entire complex is outdated but the worst experience is the office staff. All of them. I cant tell you how many times I got conflicting information or they forgot to add notes or forgot to call back. They consistently missed the **** for all 4.5 years we lived here.
