The patient has been notified that the service issues that occurred have been addressed with our senior management to ensure we provide a more positive experience in the future. We have also requested copies of the patient's bank statements regarding the NSF fees. On September 26, 2021, the patient notified us via email that the fee's we recouped, we also advised the patient that there is an open balance on the account that we've attempted to either collected or set up a payment plan for but have not received back from this patient.
A resolution letter will be provided regarding the concerns, and what we've done to address it. This record of concern will now be considered resolved; however, if any questions remain, please do not hesitate to contact me at ***********************
