      On 3/23 the business took $75.41 from my account. I have never heard of this company, nor have I been to **** in the past 5 years. Upon calling them they said it was for lease of my C-Pap machine. This is bogus as my C-Pap was completely paid off in early 2022. Then they tried to say it was an insurance issue. If it was an insurance issue it would have come to light before now. I seek the reimbursement of my $75.41 plus damages as well as a formal letter of apology from the *** of this company whom I have never set foot into their office in **** before.

      Be aware of thjs.company just withdrawing any amount from bank account. On two occasions, they withdrew more that what I authorized. I occurred some NSF fees and now don't want to reimburse me. Spoke with representative and to no avail, no resolution. I'm left paying my credit union and they " mailed check" not NSF fees. VERY DISGRUNTLED

      Thank you for your inquiry regarding mutual patient ************. We appreciate the effort you made to contact our company and welcome the opportunity to respond to your request.

      The patient has been notified that the service issues that occurred have been addressed with our senior management to ensure we provide a more positive experience in the future. We have also requested copies of the patient's bank statements regarding the NSF fees. On September 26, 2021, the patient notified us via email that the fee's we recouped, we also advised the patient that there is an open balance on the account that we've attempted to either collected or set up a payment plan for but have not received back from this patient.

      A resolution letter will be provided regarding the concerns, and what we've done to address it. This record of concern will now be considered resolved; however, if any questions remain, please do not hesitate to contact me at ***********************
