    The most important part of the woobles kits are the knowledge, the tutorial and pattern. That is what you are paying for, as the materials in the bag amount to less than $10. However, the ** codes do not work and the tutorials and patterns are inaccessible. ****

    Disappointing **************** and Poor Product Quality I had high hopes for The Woobles, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Every time I reached out, the same representative responded, as if no one else in the company exists. Unfortunately, she was unhelpful, dismissive, and failed to offer any real solutions. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with gaslighting rather than assistance, which only wasted my ******* make matters worse, after receiving a survey about my experience, I shared my concernsbut no one followed up or seemed to care. On top of that, the product quality itself was underwhelming and not worth the price. Between the poor craftsmanship and lack of customer support, I feel like I threw my money away.For the price, I expected much better. I want others to be aware of both the subpar customer service and product quality before making a purchase. I hope the company takes steps to improve, but based on my experience, I cant recommend them.
