      My wife was recommended a patch allergy test and she was told by the office that it would only cost around $200 for office visits. In the end the bill was $1760 and $840 after insurnace for the procedure, on top of the office visit charges. After discussing multiple times with the office, they acknowledged the mistake but only agree to reduce bill to half. Even with that, they refuse to make any billing adjustment before I make payment (How can I trust them to keep their promise?). Either they are doing this bait-and-switch on purpose, or they are too arrogant to correct their own mistake. They whole interaction with office staff was terrible. The billing lady cannot make any decisions, and always says office manager will call back (which she never did). They are not in a good faith to resolve the issue.
