      I purchased a pair of ************* x 2 shoes from the Fleet Feet location in ******** ** on Aug 14th. These shoes were $250 as they are racing shoes and I am running the *** marathon this fall. I was told at the store that if I have any issues with the shoes, fleet feet has a happy fit guarantee (even with performance) and I could come in for a full refund to my original payment method. This is the exact return policy online as well. All I needed was to come within 60 days and have my receipt. I ran one run in these shoes and realized they werent gonna work as I need more ankle support. I live near ****** so the closest fleet feet to me was in ******, **. I drove all the way up to Fleet Feet to return them on September 16th only to be told by the girl working that she could only do store credit because it was used. Online it specifically states you can return within ************************************************** performance and it can be done to your original payment method. I told the girl this and she still said it is for an exchange or store credit. I explained to her what the worker at the other location said and she informed me that she cant accept this return to the ****** store anyway and she isnt sure ******** would accept them back either.I am flabbergasted because the business states you can return these if something isnt working out with in 60 days. The only reason why I gave this store 3 stars is because I did have a wonderful experience with the ******** employees helping me find the best shoe. Unfortunately, it did not work out.I am really bummed out. I love the experience at the ******** location but feel like the standards at aligned at others. I thought I was purchasing from a trustworthy company.
