            I went to get an estimate and the young guy with all the tattoos was extremely rude! He said he could not give me one until he saw how much my insurance company was willing to pay. Do they not have a standard hourly rate that they charge? Or is it higher for females that they think are ignorant? He was just incredibly disrespectful and arrogant. I do not know his name, he did not introduce himself, just said that his family had owned the shops for many years. I don't know what kind of work they do, but the way that they treat people is worthy of zero stars.
