    Ive been working with LEAP Windows And Doors since November ******* is now July of 2025. I have had issues with every stage of the transaction; ordering, installation, re-measuring. They ordered windows with obscured glass that I did not agree to. They ordered the wrong size of window and the wrong style, frameless. They lost the fabric that was a template for the window. Then waited 8 weeks to tell me they needed to remeasure the template. They tried to install just glass when I had ordered a framed window. I currently have a broken window because they broke it removing it and then realized that the new one was too small., so it was reinstalled broken. The sales person said I wouldnt have to paint the outside trim, but it doesnt match the house. Please see the attached pictures. They did say they would paint the trim to match. I ordered seven windows five have been put in place. One has a broken screen and lever to open it. They said they would fix it. That was months ago. They have had issues with the last two windows multiple times And I feel its time to get my money back for those last two windows, they have been to the house 10 times to install the seven windows. I cant afford more time off. Please help me get my money back . I also want you to know this is not an A+ rated business in my book. I would warn others to stay away.

    I have been in close communication with Mrs. ********* and have an agreed to a resolution that was in place prior to us learning about the complaint. The customer did not make mention of the ******************** complaint though her frustration with the project had been made very clear in calls and texts with *****. The project has gone way beyond expectation. The issues stem primarily from the 2 remaining/ outstanding windows on the project in which we have had countless missteps. We have run into multiple challenges both internally and externally. Externally the manufacturer lost a template and imposed new workflow processes which added significant delays and added visits to her home.  This was coupled with our production manager dealing with life threatening medical issues that took him in and out of work for several weeks.

    Due to the extenuating circumstances we have already refunded the money for the 2 outstanding windows. We also agreed to still furnish and install the 2 windows at no charge to Mrs. ********** In addition, we will furnish and install a custom trim section around the radius of both new windows exterior to match the existing trim. We have agree to paint the newly applied trim as a courtesy and act of good faith.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it.

    They are working to install the last two windows to match the surrounding windows previously installed.   We have agreed the project should be finished by mid to late September, if not sooner.
