      I chatted with the manager name William **** and he told me about his company Time Financing Service in ************ and he was the manager. Anyway, I needed a $3,000 and he said I could get one with a fee of $70. I thought it was a scam at first until I read the website. I agreed to pay the fee which I did, and he gave me the loan agreement to sign. I signed it and today he said that he made an error and said that there's an additional $50 fee. I was mad, and I asked him why he didn't tell me that and he kept apologizing. I said I wasn't paying the fee until I get proof that's what in the agreement. He said he told me and his cashier said it's in the agreement. So I read my agreement again. It's not in the agreement. No where. So of course I said I will be calling the office and making a complaint and the manager is trying to make it look like I am being difficult and the cashier says it's in the agreement and it's not. This really does need to be addressed and all I wanted was my $70 back or if that's not possible, the loan that I had already agreed upon. The manager doesn't take no for an answer. He keeps saying I will get my loan after confirmation but I think he is trying to milk more money out of me. I would like this matter resolved ASAP. Thank you

      The Customer was responding to a Scam on ********.
      We have Spoken to the customer since this complaint and explained that this was a Scam.
      We have on our Website that we do not communicate regarding loan applications or approval of those applications or request information such as your address, social security number or other protected information via any social media platform such as ********, ********* or ******** or via third party payment vendors such as ****** or *****. We do not charge a fee to submit a loan application.
