      As a customer on July 10, 2025, payment was made to use the driving range at the golf course. There was an employee on the side of the driving range filling in a hole with dirt. I waived my hand and attempted to make contact with the worker to let them know I was present. The worker did not acknowledge me, so I moved to the opposite end of the driving range and angled my swing to avoid any accident with the worker. After hitting several ***** with my wedge, I hit two ***** with my driver. The worker finally acknowledged me and stated multiple times that I did not pay to be on the driving range. He also accused me of being disrespectful by hitting ***** even though I was on the opposite end of the driving range. This went back and forth until I pointed to my golf basket purchased at the front desk. Finally the worker acknowledged I had paid, but blamed the staff for not sharing that the range was closed all day. The worker instructed me to wait a minute so he could leave his position. The worker drove his tracker up to where I was, got off and approached me to shake my hand, since we got off to a bad start. He asked me if I knew who he was, then he once again tried to scold me for being disrespectful. I politely shared that I made attempts to avoid hitting him by moving my location. He finally left. Bottom line is that I paid to play there, was accused of not paying and characterized as being disrespectful when I made multiple attempts to avoid any problems. Crooked Tree offered no service recovery for my interrupted driving range experience. Im asking for an apology letter and reimbursement.
