  We had flooring (carpet and vinyl) installed in our bedroom and hall. The Contractor was very good and answered all our questions. Did a great job and was quick. Had to remove old carpet, level floor and put down new flooring. Cleaned up before he left. Will definitely use Legacy Flooring LW LLC and Lowes again for the rest of the flooring our my house. They done a spectacular job. Thank you..!!

  5 Stars ?????????? Amazing and Excellent workCrew showed up on time. Did a walk thru before starting, to make sure they understood my project of the entire second floor, including the stairs. Answered all my questions and concerns. They worked very hard. Cleaned up afterwards. Did a 2nd walk thru to ensure my satisfaction. They finished sooner than expected. Great job Legacy Flooring ****** and Lowes !!

  Terrible company! The manger over all of the southern part of the ** is fake as fake can be. The way the employees talk they hate their job either from the installers making it tough or the manager having favorites and ignoring the employees asking for help.

  Legacy is a problem. ****** is not helpful regarding their sub-contractor. I am going through too many hoops with those two and the contractor. Everyone is shoving the ball on me. Legacy does not talk to the contractor. I paid for flooring, at ******, I have receipts. Legacy so anxious to set up flooring, I had to have the contractor, first to remove old carpeting. No one used a level, the contractor nor Legacy, when all of the excitement to do flooring. $$$$$ dancing. Legacy says after that that the *********** to be leveled. I asked for specifics and where. There are language barriers and communications issues. Going back and forth, back and forth. The crew that came to install, NEVER USED A LEVEL - again language barrier - so the flooring was laid. Called Legacy a few times for minor fix up. Floor looked great, at that time. In September, 2023, I saw what looked like a slit where the lock broke. I called Legacy, they came out - language barrier again - and I dislike having to speak through a device for translation of languages to the installers. I cannot ask questions to get clarity. Legacy comes out, take out part of the flooring of concern, small area, then ***** (boss) rushes or calls the Supers at the call center or somewhere and runs out and he doesn't return. The 2 installers came back and a ******** or someone at Legacy says they need to cut the activity off. Those installers ran to do another job. Then later someone from Legacy asks if I wanted just that portion of the flooring remove or remove everything for the contractor to make the corrections. The corrections they stated changed as often as time does. First a small area caused a problem with the flooring, I told them to come out and ***** the spots." Then a call the next few days stated, the kitchen, I said "what?" Why wasn't I told earlier, now another email by *********************** says living room, no living room there and the dining area and hall. A real mess .REFUND PLEASE!

  We were so pleased with the carpet installation that happened yesterday! ***** called to confirm arrival to our home. ***** and ***** were at our home ready to work within the projected time slot mentioned by the Legacy representative. Both installers were friendly, smiled, made eye contact (sometimes those "******" are not given). They knew exactly what to do in every way...removing the old carpet in a systematic, organized way, clean up from the old carpet and installation. I was in and out of the house the full day while they worked and was confident of their work ethic. I appreciate ***** and ***** so much and would refer them to anyone for this type of work.

  Well let's see this is second time I have typed this first time it would not let me post. We ordered carpet, tack strips, and new baseboards from Lowes month and half ago. The carpet and baseboards installation was scheduled for two different days. Carpet was to be Thursday 6-15-23 between **** they did not arrive in this time frame no one called. We called to be Informed they had went to wrong house first they did not give us new time frame. We did not have any facilities in the home at that time nor now so we didn't eat or drink afraid to leave and we would miss them. They finally came to install carpet at 11AM. Only 1 worker was worth anything he was the youngest he worked very hard and straight through while the others took lunch break at 12. Now mind you we had not ate, drink or been to bathroom at all and they were already taking break. They did not finish until around 5pm. The baseboards were to be installed on 6-16-23 we had a missed phone call with message left after 10pm Thursday night we had went to bed at nine. We called next morning they wanted to reschedule for Sat Am so glad we did not we had to be out of town did schedule for 6-19-23 8AM got phone call about 8 they would not be here until about 855AM my thought yep here we go again!! They came did not have the baseboards they office did not tell them to pick them up or give them paper to get it so he called for it went to drop off other guy with him at other home then would get our stuff and be right back and do it himself. Well we got another phone call about 11AM he was going to get and be right here. They just arrived at 12:20PM. You guessed it we have not ate or been to the bathroom again. Part of me wants to blame the workers but I am not totally sure it's all them I fell the biggest break down with this company is the office workers and the bosses. Hope they finish soon but doubt it. Between Lowes and Legacy flooring them combined do not deserve 1 star should have negative stars.

  I purchased a floor install in our dining room in February 2023 Through ******. The installers a ****** contractor, Legacy Flooring came out third week in March and only worked half a day, the original two installers didn't know how to do this vinyl floor install. The other two were no better and left my floor in a mess with over 15 in plain view discrepancies. legacy flooring said they would redo the floor at no cost to me. Why even mention that. it took me calling ****** installation services to get anything in this project moving from the start of this project. and it looks like legacy didn't even care that this project was left high and dry. Legacy Flooring ordered wrong materials and ****** sent wrong materials and no one even checked. April 18 the installers came back out and and the wrong materials were delivered, the wrong adhesive was used in original install and the correct adhesive not even delivered. It took me calling twice after that to get the correct materials delivered, and the third week in May, the floor finally got completed. Legacy Flooring ****** did not even lift a finger to put the priority on this project to get it completed in a timely manner. 3 months is not timely. Legacy Flooring is not a quality company. legacy Flooring and ****** purely doesn't give the customer the support they deserve.

  they did a horrible job of the floor installation glue was left on the floor & never cleaned up. But & this is a big but jewelry was stolen from the master bedroom which included my military *********** anniversary ring from Bell Atlantic. I'm not done with them yet!!!!

  ****** contracted with Legacy Flooring to install laminate flooring in our kitchen, September 2021. We were under the impression that we were getting the services of a different company, that we had used in the past.Otherwise we would have read all the bad reviews, and would not have used Legacy. The guy was at our house from 10:00 am- 8:00 pm. I was home with him, and left him four times alone, when I needed to walk my little dog in our yard. At one point , I walked in and encountered the installer walking out of the spare bedroom. He said" I am looking for the bathroom." Later we realized that He stole a very expensive Rolex watch that was left in a wooden box on top of a dresser , in that spare bedroom! Beware of this company. I don't think ****** and Legacy check their installers very carefully.

  We were totally satisfied w/carpet installation. Workers were professional & polite. It's important you ask for ***** AND HIS CREW. We were fortunate that they were the ones who did the installation. Their work was beautiful down to the finest detail. They were on time. They cleaned up before leaving. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Be sure to ask for ***** AND HIS CREW if you want the work done right & not have any issues.
