    Pediatrics and ****** had a previous business relationship that terminated in 2023. In January 2025, we contacted ****** and requested a quote to rework our website. They provided a proposal in Feb 2025, that was never *********** agreement/contract/proposal was ever signed or accepted No valid contract exists neither oral or written, Evidence attached clearly shows that at no point was there even a "meeting of the minds" to think so, nor is it even implied.Despite these facts, APPNET accessed and used our Amex information from our prior terminated relationship without authorization. ****** never asked permission, nor provided notification of their intent to place the charge. Nor was any receipt or notification was ever sent after they did so.APPNET fraudulently charged $15,000 ?IN *APPNET.COMFeb 26, 2025$7,500.00 ?IN *APPNET.COM May 28, 2025 $7,500.00 Despite never delivering anything underdiscussion and never being authorized in the first place. This is how unethical Mr. **** *****, of APPNET is. in his email Julyt 8, 2025. quoting Mr. ****** "**** I think we should talk, but if this is how you wish to proceed, understand that I can have 50 BBB complaints against you in a day. Business Response

    Date: 07/10/2025

    First and foremost, I am deeply troubled by the fact that Dr. **** is having significant health issues, but I feel that some of the venom he is exhibiting could be stemming from that. That is speculation on my part. What is NOT up for speculation is his misrepresentation of the facts.

    First, I have attached a RECORDING of our conversation on Feb 6, 2025 where towards the end of that call I shared that we needed his credit card for retainer and he provided it clearly. I further shared that I would hit his card for the first half payment and the balance when done. Even so, I waited until I could get him the written Scope of Work, which I also attached to this response. He was very busy during that time so it was not until 2/26/25 that the Scope of Work was sent and his credit card charges AS AGREED. (Not exactly the thief/fraud he's claiming.  Our support person, **** ******* reached out as we always have with **** on his cell phone to start collaborating with him in some designs. (He had already approved the retainer 2/6/25 but it was not made until 2/26/2025.
    Please note COPY/PASTE of emails - we have tons we could share. NOTE WHERE HE talks about delays being HIS FAULT.

    PLEASE SEE PROOF OF THE WORK WE DID AFTER HAVING CALLS WITH HIM: ****************************************************************;

    Also on the recorded call, note the comments about his current site ONLY being 8-9 pages and we built more than 118: see: ****************************************************************************

    The bottom line is Dr. **** somehow has either hand a brain malfunction (maybe due to meds and his health) OR he is purposely misrepresenting this whole event. However, thankfully we have every email in a STREAM of emails and we have recorded calls which supports that we have done NOTHING wrong at all.

    I have offered to get on a call with **** ****, but he only resorts to calling me a criminal and a piece of sh-- and made multiple threats. This is so out of character for him, but you cannot reason with someone who won't get on a call with you. You cannot reason with someone who is lying and misrepresenting the entire sequence of events.
