    This was my second bad experience with Aquawave in Belmont I always believe in second chances. After a long day at work I stopped by Aquawave to get my vehicle washed and of course vacuum it out. I was hoping to be in and out, no worries. once I pulled around to vacuum my vehicle out I had noticed that the left side of my car had grease or oil on the doors and underneath. I asked the young man to look at my car and he did and said it may had been the truck that went before me and he would check the wash. Vehicle was pretty much clean on the driver side. anyway, I asked the young man if I could run it back through and he said no. So now I know why the towels are complementary . I basically hand washed/wiped my vehicle. I was there way, way longer than I had attended to be. Don't get me wrong the young man was kind and tried to help me wipe the black stuff off my car and handed me some rags to finish cleaning my vehicle and returned to his station area. I had already had a long day at work. If I wanted to wash my car myself, I would had done so at home. This experience just topped off my day. What ever happened to customer service?? Just don't get it, I work hard for my money and I choose not to give anymore to Aquawave.Having said that, I will be driving by Aquawave in Belmont and drive the extra miles to **** Xpress in ********.
