            This company was hired on 2-2-2021 to fix a leaky roof at ********************************. for 1500.00. The worker demanded the money upfront, which as elderly people we were suspicious of this behavior. But we paid him and his crew proceeded to fix the roof. While fixing the roof, one of his workers stepped through the roof into my bedroom, putting a huge hole in my ceiling. Workers promised to fix the ceiling as they were fixing the roof. Pictures included will show how they left our ceiling after they supposedly were fixing it. It rained 2 weeks later and it rained inside my bedroom from the spot they were supposed to be fixing. We called the roofer and was told there was nothing they could do because they fixed the roof and the ceiling. The ceiling had brown spots from where there were signs of leakage, but never did it rain directly into the bedroom as it did after they "fixed" the roof. Again, we tried reaching out to the roofer and met with unprofessional responses.
