    Complaint regarding the tree removal services that my wife and I contracted with this company on May 2020. My wife and I agreed to a removal of 15 trees from our property. After the removal of 12 trees in May 2020, the owner stated to get the balance down and the last payment will due after all trees were removed. After we got the balance to $250, we asked over the past 3 years for the company to return to cut the remaining trees down. During every telephone interaction, Mr. ***** ****** (business owner) continuously assured us the job would be completed at a later date, yet this commitment has not been fulfilled. Approaching our son's first birthday in **********, we contacted Mr. ****** in February 2024 to see if he could finish the job. Mr. ****** assured us that he would complete the job, but did not show up for the scheduled work and failed to provide any communication regarding his absence. My wife and I sent a text message July 9, 2024 requesting a refund for the 3 trees not removed and did not receive a response. September 16, 2024 we sent another text message asking for our money back and stated he could send it back via cash app. No response. October 7, 2024, we sent another asking follow up message and Mr. ****** agreed to the payments. After sending one payment on November 22, 2024, no other payments followed. We continued to follow up and Mr. ****** provided us with excuses. As of September 2025, we have not received anything else. Mr. ****** has not responded to my attempts to reach him via telephone. In April 2025, during a conversation with Mr. ****** via my wife's phone, he mentioned that he had "given us a deal" and would not be returning to cut the remaining trees. This statement left us feeling frustrated and disappointed, as we have paid for services that have yet to be rendered and have major concerns about my family's safety during severe storms.
