    We called to cancel our membership, but they are still sending us past-due invoices. I keep writing on the invoices that we are uninterested and have canceled our membership. So this is my last resort! Stay away from this company.

    I am really happy with our membership. This was a smart alternative to us instead of a timeshare. We love staying at resorts on vacation, it's perfect for our family with room to spread out! We just booked a 2 bedroom in ******* for half price, which really helps! Plus, we like cruising and all inclusives - our membership gives us access to all of it! We used to look at travel as a luxury, now we can travel without breaking our budget. Total blessing! Thank you!

    Heres a ****** we have learned: Deception and extortion are legitimate if the product/service provider is. Call it legal extortion. The reservation is not cancel-able, but they will let you cancel it AFTER they HAVE YOUR MONEY. Why have a "Cancel Icon", when there is no cancel option. Even if you hit it in error. Tried calling helpline immediately thereafter to uncanel, no one picked up left message and no return call. I called again the following day and finally got a real person.Then they CANNOT un-cancel the reservation, they WILL NOT arrange a solution of equal value, but they WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. I just wanted my reservation that I canceled in error, minutes prior.Don't believe me? Call their friendly customer support, and they will tell you quite truthfully:They DO NOT WANT to and DO NOT HAVE to remediate your situation, and they are POWERLESS to do anything about it.No calls were returned in regard to my erroneous cancellation.This isn't opinion. This isn't rhetoric. These aren't groundless assertions.These are documented facts. Learn from my mistake:Don't confuse CANCEL with REFUND. Do NOT click the "cancel" button.Once you click it, it is un-do-able; even a minute later.This is what they did to me and what they'll do to you.Shame on me for falling for such a deftly crafted system of deception.
