    We had a very bad experience with this towing company the other night. There are a few lots that are managed by Auto Safe Towing where they use a parking app. Their sign showing this app and how much it is does not tell you that you have to put in a certain amount of time. I downloaded the app, because it was one I have never used. Then I entered my credit card and license plate number and we went walking. I did not receive an alert from the app at all. The app only charged me for 15 minutes, I have no idea why. So they towed my car and charged me $245 to get it out. The employee there (employee 179) was rude and just not nice. One of the worst experiences Ive have ever had with any business!

    They towed my car while my parking spot was still paid for. They would not bring my car back. I had to take an Uber with my 11 month daughter while my car seat base was in the car they towed. I fought with them for over an hour to show them my parking spot was paid for. After an hour, they voided my invoice and took the boot off of my car. The examples they gave of why my car was towed was all very poor excuses for theft. This business really needs to be evaluated for its practices.

    2 minutes ago Auto safe towing is a poor quality, rude and unreputable business. When I asked to speak to their manager about the awful and rude costumer service I had received the night before I was told I couldn't speak to the Manger and they weren't going to give me his number. And when I asked where there costumer complaints go to they said "I don't know, the trash" and hung up on me. Not only is this uncalled for but this also reflects very poorly on the business. If you value your self respect and don't want your concerns to be treated like trash don't go here. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

    **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** If I could give him a 0 rating I would. The tow truck driver is a felon and when I called to file a complaint he told me he was tired of listening to my c*** and to **** off. My son came inside the apartment complex where he lives. He parked a good 10 feet away from the so called "firezone" ( have pictures to prove it) also have pictures to prove other cars park in the same spot overnight. Last time he tried to tow it while my son was sitting in it. The tow truck driver is as their that rides around looking for cars to steal. He rides around the neighborhood all the time. There are other cars that park in the same spot my sons car was parked. He parks his car there and comes inside for a few minutes then moves his car to an open parking spot. Everyone in this neighborhood does this as long as they are not blocking the dumpsters. He told another person he would be carrying a weapon if he was not a felon. So this business needs to be shut down. ********* OFFICIALS NEED TO STEP UP AND STOP THIS! Another member of the household called a spoke to the driver and made nasty comments after I was told to "piss off. The driver threatened to come try and tow the car again. They threaten and try to intimidate people. Have pictures that prove car was not parked in tow zone. Should not have to stay awake just to watch and see if these guys are going to try and tow a vehicle that is parked legally at a residence because they didn't like what was said. Watch out for these, guys. They should not be in the towing business. Much better places out there.

    I gave them 1 star because I had to in order to let people know that this is the WORST towing company in **************. These people are not professional so please do a favor and call any other towing company besides this one for service. DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. They are not professional people.

    If looking to do business with this company, please, refrain from doing so.Theyre incredibly unpleasant and aggressive.They shout, and do not put you on hold when theyre speaking to another customer on the phone.They hang up on the phone as youre speaking to them. If you are a business (apartment complex specifically) looking to sign a contract with a towing company, look elsewhere.If you are a customer in need of ******************** services, look elsewhere.

    Last night (Sunday) I parked in the Passport lot, on the corner of Lexington **************** Ave. It's just in front of *****************. Using the Passport app, I paid for 2 hrs parking 5:42pm - 7:42pm.While I was out, I checked my phone and saw it had just expired. So, I started a new session at 7:45pm. But by then it was too late. Auto Safe Towing had towed my car at 7:43pm.Really? Exactly ONE minute after it expired, these vultures swooped in? They must have been circling the lot, eyeing my car (which was the ONLY car in the lot when I parked it).I see this and even worse situations have been going on for years in *********. How is this predatory behavior allowed to continue? Doesn't the city want people to visit and spend money at local businesses? I'm sure as h*ll in NO hurry to ever re-visit downtown if this is a common, acceptable practice.This incident cost me one additional, useless hour in the Passport parking app, a Lyft ride to go get my car, and $245 to have my car released. This is ridiculously evil and karma is real.

    So, its the towing companys fault! or Passports fault! or the Propertys Owners fault! No, it was your responsibility. You made the choice NOT TO KEEP THE 15-MINUTE-WARNING on the App. That 15-minute alert, prior to expiration, allows those who want to do the right thing to either: return to their vehicle in time OR in your case to set-up the additional session seamlessly. SEAMLESSLY rather than clicking through the screens to start A NEW SESSION as you describe. So, whatever minutes you want to claim, lets be sure to name your responsibility and that 15-minute-warning you ignored.

    No lighting in their parking lot. No road side visible signage. It is NECESSARY to walk through a fenced area to the back of the building to enter which adds to the predatory and creepy feel of this business.They don't to their due diligence when checking to see if they are towing the correct car, and they admittedly don't care. They tell you you are paying anyways and then wont move their vehicle to let you leave until they decide they are ready. shut them down!

    This company is SKETCHY! Apparently, they own the lot at 226 *********** in downtown *********. There are no payment stations to get a ticket to pay for the parking, so in order to park there, you've got to use your cell phone to make the purchase. So, what happens if you don't have service? You're SOL. ********* is known for having spotty cell service and even though I have ******** I had one bar at that lot. I went to the ppprk.com website to initiate the transaction while I was sitting in my car and it was hanging. The website wouldn't load, so I thought I would take photos of the sign with the zone number on it and of my license plate and go to the coffee shop across the street to use their WiFi. The data on those photos shows they were taken at 12:30 pm. At 12:32 pm, I received a text message from the payment platform with a code to verify and when I got to the next screen, it wanted to know what the number of the spot was that I had parked in. I ran outside to go get the number and there was Auto Safe Towing preparing to put their equipment under my vehicle. I explained to the fella the lack of service issue. Showed him my screen as I was almost to the payment screen. He didn't care. Asked me if I had any cash, I said no, and told me I would need to pay a $120 drop fee to release my vehicle. "We charge a $20 convenience fee for credit cards." I have photos that he's barely put my vehicle up one foot before I got there. I called to speak to someone to get a refund, happy to show proof and whatnot. He talked over me, didn't care to listen to anything I had to say. I will be filing a complaint with the city as well as taking these scums to court. They will be liable for far more than $120, including my inconvenience fee.
