*********************************************************** are stealing entire retirements and estates from the elderly and keeping their families from seeing their loved ones. They also own Hope for the Future that sends in their hand picked caregivers. My Aunt lives in her home which was deeded to me plus the land it sits on years before ******* was court appointed by a buncombe ** judge deemed her incompetent. The 2/12 years shes been controlled by these two company they refuse to show us how they are spending her money. We have cameras on our property that oversees her house on the outside. Hope for the future sent a man to steal our cameras and were replaced by theirs and we also discovered they had hidden cameras inside her home also. We removed them since we own the home and land and was given no warning at all. They called the sheriff on us and said we were trespassing and illegally placed cameras on our own property. The sheriff made us return their cameras and we got ours returned but they were allowed to place their cameras back up that same day and we could not press any thief charges. The following day I took my Aunt to the grocery store upon returning their was a sheriff waiting on us. I was told I was seen on camera removing my Aunt from her home and they insinuated I had kidnapped her!!!I was escorted by the sheriff returning my Aunt to her home.We received the email ::: you will not Detach disabling, disconnecting cameras, modem and/or internet at the property.Removing cameras or any other personal property.No **ntacting and visiting ****************************Removing *************************** from anywhere she is physically present.Entering the premises and property!No person other than the Guardian of the Estate or Guardian of the Person or their representatives have the authority to allow you to contact ****** or enter onto the property Even ****** herself does not have any authority to allow you to do so. We live ********************************************************** 2 weeks
