this company also operates as ACE Medicupping and ACE Institution, BEWARE LMT's and any other professional attempting to receive certificate of training in ANY services offered by this company and its affiliates. Their classes only apply to their institute and DO NOT make you a licensed professional qualified to perform treatment professionally on others, this means unless you already hold a professional license you CAN NOT use or charge clients for cupping, not should you be administering treatment. The machine they sell you is from *****, and gets delivered internationally from *********, which is why it takes 4-6 weeks sometimes 10 weeks to arrive. It is also NOT professional grade, or approved and regulated by the ** for professional use. They sell you a machine from Amazon and slap an ACE sticker on it to make it "official", did I mention they will charge you $500+ for the machine and class, but the class does NOT certify you, this means the company is allowing unlicensed individuals to perform a professional medical treatment with risk of vein thrombosis and fat emboli without appropriate training, licensure, or credentials. And to receive a certification in their cupping class you have to pay additional money, nor does their cert actually qualify you to administer treatment. Avoid this company at all costs, they are posing as a massage institute and scamming students as well as healthcare professionals every day.

This person has literally pulled her "facts" from her imagination. What she assumes are "Amazon" level machines are not. Ours are manufactured specifically for our company and are not the same machines. There are 2-3 main companies in ***** who make only machine cases and faceplates and almost every machine manufacturer sources their cases and faceplates from those companies. Simply because machines look alike does not mean the more important inner workings are the same. Our MM600 has a special computer program the manufacturer designed just for our company, and that cannot possibly be discerned by looking at a picture. We have worked with the same fine manufacturers in ********* for over 15 years and our machines last an average of 8 years. We have some practitioners who have ***** year old machines that are still working quite well. The cheap machines on Amazon and **** last an average of 2-4 years. We offer a full warranty and repair any of our machines that have issues, while sellers of the cheap machines do not (or the customer must pay shipping back and forth to ***** for the repair). Our company also provides ongoing educational and technical support for our customers. Our machine price includes the comprehensive online training to begin practicing (a $120 CE course when purchased separately), and we offer live classes across the country and internationally. The online courses and live classes are also available to those who have purchased other machines or equipment. We have always been very clear that these are massage techniques (massage is even in our name), and that licensing is required to perform massage techniques for compensation. All education companies in the massage field are clear about this when they teach their courses, so the statement that we "allow unlicensed individuals to perform medical massage" is simply ridiculous. This person has sent numerous abusive emails to our company and has let us know she is on a mission to destroy our reputation. We have been in business for 20 years and were one of the original companies in the USA to bring cupping therapies into the massage and bodywork field. We will continue our good work and will continue to dispute the mad ravings of this unbalanced person.
