    I could not be happier with my recent purchase of a Kia ******* I owe it all to the help of my sales people, ***** *. and ***** *. They were amazing, helping me navigate the usually unsavory task of car shopping... they even made it painless! And i love my new car!! Highly recommend this place!!!

    I bought a 2022 *** K5 in Nov. of 2023. I received a recall on my car back in June 2024, the recall was for the gas tank expanding. My gas tank expanded and made my back seat pop up while I was driving down the interstate. I took it to paramount **** two days later they put me in a rental car fully covered through the dealership. For the next 5-6 months they sent me message after message saying they still had not found a solution for my car. Meanwhile I was still making over $400 car payments each month, almost $200 car insurance a month while it was stationary at ***. They told me they would buy my car back and refund my down payment, leaving me over $3,000 pretty much wasted on payments and insurance. Im currently still in the rental because they couldnt find a solution for my K5. Now Im being told that I owe close to $4,000 on the rental because *** closed out my rental agreement in November 2024 and failed to get in touch with me regarding on what to do. *** is telling me that they will cover the most part of the $4,000 but I should not have to pay a single ***** towards any rental car at all! None of this was on me and 100% completely on ***. Im being told when I return this rental I will have to pay the almost $4,000 bill and then they will reimburse me majority back. I do not have that kind of money for one, I should not be obligated to come out of pocket anymore than I already have. Once this rental is returned they want to put me into another rental which I will have to come out of pocket even more. I cant seem to get any type of manger on the phone. Enterprise cant seem to get in touch with *** either. The manager from enterprise went up to ***, they put him on the phone with the corporate manager, he was told they would call him back, he never received a phone call. I have been going through this for almost a year now. This has put way too much stress on me because I am being faulted for something that was not at all my fault and beyond my control.

    Their service is terrible. The service person did not listen to our description of the problem. Insisted on a diagnostic test only to not identify the root cause of the problem. Last *** we will purchase. Car is now totally dead, must be towed at our expense. Who knows what they will tell us next or charge us.

    I will never buy another car from this dealership again. I was paying cash for a van for my agency. I told them I only had a short time to complete the transaction. I had to sit and wait for over 1.5 before we could finish the transaction. I told them I had an important webinar I needed to be on. I missed the webinar. One of the salespersons came up to me and ask if I wanted a water. I told her no, I needed to be at work not waiting around a dealership. I told her we had been waiting over an hour and her response was "Did you clock in". I could not believe she said that to a customer. The van is the wrong color, and it pulls to the right. Now we are going to have to send it back.

    When the customer showed up to sign her paperwork and take delivery ( there was no appointment, or set time), we unfortunately had people in both business offices taking delivery of their vehicles they purchased. This process can sometimes take longer than people allot.

    We were very accommodating and tried our best to work within her time constraints. We were pleasant, offered her water and understanding of her time. 

    The van is the exact color she picked out, we even went to another dealer to get it, since we did not have that particular color in our inventory.

    Terrible. My daughter can't even use her brand new car. They sent the plate to the wrong address.

    ****** should be fired!!!!! He messed up all the paperwork and paycheck stubs on my husbands income!!!! So another person took over and tried his hardest to straighten things out. Well after a month waiting my husband was told after the bank approved everything that the head people denied him. OkTHE BANK APPROVED AND IT WASNT MY HUSBAND FAULT THAT ****** SCREWED EVERYTHING UP!!!!!! So explain to me why we are paying for ****** mistakes?
