  On 10/20/2021, REMOVEDand I agreed on the following:1. Remove fence and deck haul away 2. Excavate the area between the house and the wall and dig it back far enough to park a car under the deck.3. Rebuild wall with boulders and mulch between boulders there will be two levels with a planting area between walls 4. Rebuild deck same size up to code 5. Wall comes with a lifetime guarantee.6. Haul off any leftover dirt.7. Clean up all areas worked in.8. Seed and straw all areas worked in.I paid REMOVEDthe full amount for the work and his team removed the deck that day. Excavation did not begin until mid-March of the following year and took a few days since the team only has an old flat bed truck from the 80's to remove the excess dirt. Multiple trips were required. Boulders for the wall did not start arriving on the site until mid-June of that year. They continued to deliver boulders until mid-August. At this point, I was unable to access my garage and made REMOVEDaware of this on 08/18/2022. He started building the wall on 09/13/2022, almost a month later. We had to make some modifications to the plan because they ran into complications with a sewer pipe and were unable to remove enough dirt to create a space wide or long enough to park a car under a future deck. They came back on 09/28/2022 and placed the remainder of the boulders from the initial load. The remaining amount of boulders started to arrive in late February of 2023 and were placed in March of the same year. No further work has been done since March of 2023. On 11/7/2023, REMOVEDsaid the project would be completed by the end of the month. I have been waiting for almost a year for him to build the deck. My last communication with REMOVEDwas on 12/13/2023 when I asked him to return funds, so I could complete the project myself. I do not have confidence at this point that the job will be finished.

  He's correct we got slammed by the covid cREMOVEDand it all but eliminated my company at the time I stayed in touch with him with every text message and email as he sent.

  We struggled getting new carpenters to help finish the job the old truck was the only truck we had small enough to fit in his small area we do owe him a deck 100 percent.  I am happy to say that we have a full crew in force working full force and we would love to finish his project for him.as early as 2 weeks from now thanks and so sorry for the problems with your project.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  If he does not complete the job in the next two weeks, then I will expect compensation.
