Paid $733 in Feb. of 2022 to do an Overhaul, as he suggested, due to the watch taking on moisture. The watch is to be rebuilt and carries a 5yr warranty, which is useless. Takes forever to return it to me, not responding to any of my text messages and calls, as he never does. Always stalls repairs! When I received the watch back, the dial had debris in it, the hands were misaligned, and he scratched up the case as well. The watch has cosmetic damage on the dial and is missing a luminescent marker. I did not return the watch back for repair to him until it started taking on water, again, just a month or so after he returned it to me. I have had to spend hours driving or shipping the watch back to him on several occasions, and it has always come back with issues. It is now 10.24.23 and I have given him 6 chances to fix the watch. The watch is still broken. second hand fell off again and pushers are messed up, and he ripped one of the luminescent markers off, and a slew of other issues. The watch has spent more time with him than I was able to wear it since I initially paid for this service. The last 2 times returned the watch to me, I reset the Chrono, and the second hand fell off. His excuse was that it was a parts failure. Now he is saying that it a customer failure, he is full of excuses. A 1999 ********* did not survive his "repairs". He damaged this watch up pretty badly and will not refund my money for the "overhaul". He continued first to get angry and cames to his senses only to ask for additional chances on the watch, and said that he would refund the money if I gave him additional chances to fix the watch after the 4th time it was not right; he now came back saying that now it's my fault the watch is broken? Does not return texts or calls, stalls and avoids you, and acts surprised when you finally catch him on the phone. He refuses to refund the money I paid for it although he promised he would and blames me for the failures in his workmanship. Stay Away!
