    Divided Style send me the wrong size door I have all proof in documentation indicating the correct size. Company and I exchanged emails back and forward my emailed to them indicated the correct size of the shower door they unfortunately failed and sent me the wrong size now their ignoring me and not wanting to resolve or fix their mistake its been almost 4 months and I still dont have a door nor my money door was $3,268.00 *********************** is the supervisor and he seem not professional very rude. I have the door still uninstalled inside its box still which is taking space in my ******** have no use for it Im willing to return the door however divided style is not accepting it nor wants to refund my funds. My bank is not helping much either I believe due to the amount of money. I really need this resolved.

    Good Afternoon, 

    Thank you for reaching out. We are familiar with this customer and complaint. 

    The bank is not being much help because she approved a 1 off custom build, that was completely spec'd out in writing with her, prior to ever placing the order.

    Long and short of it, customer approved an incorrect layout, on a custom build. We have tried offering discounted replacements and going above and beyond what our terms and conditions are, to no avail. We do not build custom orders based on phone conversations, for this exact reason. Anytime we have a custom order, we send specs, as well as a to scale rendering of the shower for the customers review. By checking out, she has approved the specs / rendering. It was not only notated on the order / quote its self. But she was asked to please let us know if there were any changes that needed to be made PRIOR to ordering. Not after delivery. This order was placed on June 30th. Now that her bank has seen the correspondence and denied her dispute, she is trying to use the route of BBB complaint. 

    I have attached all correspondence for your review, as well as the quotation sent that customer proceeded with checkout. 

    Customer also sent pictures of the panels / door sizing that matches exactly what was spec'd out to her in email (Attached).
