1 starWe signed up for a pest control contract expecting quarterly service$55 every three months, totaling $220 a year. They said we could pay after service, which we are still waiting for. Out of nowhere, it changed to a monthly plan after receiving a letter. Signing up to their portal was a mission to see the real picture. We were charged for ****** **** and June with no technician visits, calls, or signature confirming service.When we tried to cancel, we were charged $344 plus a $100 cancellation fee, bringing the total to $609, which was sent to debt collectors. No evidence of service has been provided. When we received the paper bill and finally spoke to someone, the lady showed us the email on file, which was incorrect. After providing the correct one, we still received nothing. This company cannot be trusted.Too many things dont make sense. They take advantage of customers with misleading contracts and hidden charges. If you check the Better Business Bureau and ****** Reviews, youll see similar complaintsa clear pattern. I pay all my service providers on time. This situation is extraordinary, suspicious, and deceitful.That said, I am willing to settle for $110 to close the account in full. Because of their deception, I offer this as a final pass$110 reflects what I signed up for ($55 every three months, now six months).

1 starNot sure of the month but I think it was the month of July *************************************************************************************** I told him I was paying $79.00 quarterly with my previous company. I told him that I could not afford anything any higher. The young man stated that he could beat that price. He offered me a deal of $55 dollars quarterly and his company will come every 3 months to service my home. I specifically told him to make sure this offer is quarterly and he stated that my Payment would be $55 dollars every 3 months, so I agreed. My finances are very tight at the moment, plus I take care of my 83 year old mother and I was looking for a way to save money. The young man went through the contract quickly and leaving out specific details and had me to sign, insuring me that everything he told me would be done in that manner. On September 03, 2025, I received a bill stating that I owed A balance of $55.00. I immediately called Solve Pest Pros and told them that this was a mistake and explained to the representative that I'm on a quarterly contract of $55.00. He explained to me that I will have to pay $55.00 monthly and not quarterly. I explained to him that there was no way that I could afford this. I was very upset and told him that your company is scamming people out of their hard earned money and there's no way I'm paying this. I received a phone call from another sales **** on September 9, 2025 asking me about the contract. I explained what happened and he wouldn't bulge or help me in any way. I told him to cancel my contract because it was signed under false pretenses. He stated if I break the contract, I will have to pay $344.00. I explained to the sales **** that there was no way I could afford that. On September 9, 2025 $344.00 was drafted from my account. Note, my account was drafted on the same day that I tried to receive help from them. I feel like I was scammed and I'm hurt behind all this. 1 starI had a young man come to my house to help with bug and fly issues. He stated that this will be a quarterly fee of $60, NOT monthly. Never once mention or $180 quarterly. I would’ve never agreed to this service if it was 60 dollars monthly. I’ve called to cancel and seeing review, it looks like others had had this same issue. It’s a shame I had a great results but no longer needed the service and hearing the shady practices. I will be contacting my bank for further escalate if needed.Solve Pest Pros Raleigh LLC

1 starBeen trying since May to cancel services, I've been in contact with this company over email with no effort in canceling or refunding. I tried calling them today only to have a rude individual telling me that they haven't been in contact with me over email and wouldn't be refunding or canceling services. 1 starMan came to my door. Said he was with SPP and they were spraying other residents in the area. He was gonna give me a great deal for $59 and regular price was $400. He didnt say much more, and I thought it might be a good deal. Then he asked me to sign his pad to allow the technician in my yard. One treatment was completed, and I paid the $59. I live in a townhouse with only 3 yard sides. He was only at my house for 5/10 minutes. Then I started getting bills for $59 each month. I understood it was a one time service, so I called to ask about the problem. The man said I signed for a year service to be done quarterly for a year. I was upset and didnt pay. Another man called me and told me if I didnt stick to the contract and cancel, I would have to pay the original cost of $400. I didnt receive a contract initially. Eventually I received another bill for $59 and a summary of payments. Seems they are going to charge me $59 for 12 months and get over $600 from me. Im retired with a fixed income. I told both men I didnt have the money and to cancel. The whole thing was a scam and were charging a ridiculous amount for 4 treatments. I want this to be finished. The company is a fraud!!
