    I sent an inquiry for rehoming our lab mix and in the email I sent a picture of our dog. ***************************** responded and said that we should go to an all breed rescue instead because their rescue only take labs. So I told her AGAIN my dog is a lab and she proceeded to send me pictures of labs and what a full pitbull looks like as if I dont know that my dog is a lab mix. Also they advertise on ****** saying that they take in lab mixes so I feel that my dog was not considered just because she has pitbull in her. They also dont have a phone number because if they did, I would have called and told them it was very unprofessional what she did. I am not incapable or ignorant about what certain dogs look like and I did not appreciate her sending me pictures of dogs as I dont know what Im talking about. If they dont take lab mixes anymore, they should say so.

    We receive ***** requests every day from owners who wish to surrender their dog. Our mission is to save dogs from shelters and we accept very few of these owner surrenders. It appears that ****** sent you a list of seven other all-breed local rescues to try. Hopefully one will be able to accommodate you now that you are too busy to care for your dog.
