    I have been a customer at the ********************** Oil ********************** location for around 7-8 years and that location has serviced all 3 of my families vehicles. On June 12 I took my *** 528i to get an oil change. While driving home I noticed that something was dragging underneath my vehicle and assumed I hit a branch. When I got home I realized that the plate underneath my vehicle had not been properly secured after the oil change, causing it to be dragged underneath my vehicle. I reached out to the location and spoke to the manager named *****. ***** repeatedly told me that he was ordering the replacement part and would be contacting me when it got in so they could put it on. Today is July 7 and it still has not been fixed. I don't understand how a company can live with causing my vehicle to have additional repairs due to their malfeasance and not only not correct the problem but provide horrible customer ********************** as well. I tried for over a month to get this resolved and have simply had a horrible experience. It's unfortunate that I have to reach out to the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved.

    STAY AWAY!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMOAN. NEVER TREATED SO DISRESPECTFULLY!!! I have been dealing with this place for 2 years and spent 1000's of dollars. I kept coming back for the convenience of location and the MECHANIC. They have lost 2 mechanics due to how awful the Service Manager *****/**** is. I took my truck in for inspection. 2 grand later I leave to find my break line split. They had my car for 3 weeks for a BRAKE LINE. The mechanic quit in the middle as he told me he eventually would. *****, THE SERVICE MANAGER calls me and asks me if $245 is ok, after 3 weeks. I agreed. He said it would be ready today or tomorrow. He called me on a Tuesday, when I did not hear anything by Friday I called to find out not even touched, told not fixed yet but would try to have by Sat. Called Monday and told wrong part ordered and maybe tomorrow. Now if you had worked on my car on Tuesday you would have known before Friday wrong part order. Finally told MONDAY the car is ready - was it inspectd NO even though I had said that was the core need over 10 times. Show up Tuesday to pick up car. Told bill is now $455 (double what I was told) I questioned *****. He tried to give me excuses, started raising his ***********, I told him I did not care - you did not tell me a different amount or ask if it was ok. Finally after going back and forth with him for 5 minutes he dropped the bill to $336. I agreed to end the nightmare and this man had the nerve to storm out of the office and say "I HOPE YOU NEVER COME BACK!" So i guess i had no right to be upset that i had been LIED TO AGAIN BY *****! THIS MAN HAS NO BUSINESS DEALING WITH PEOPLE. I have NEVER BEEN so disrespected by any business especially one that I had spent so much money at. This is not the first time he has shown me disrespect, but I PROMISE IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME. HE WILL GET HIS WISH BECAUSE I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
