      Dear *** or Madam:From conversations on 6 July **** with *************************, a Lawn Doctor technician, and on 15 August **** with *******************, also a Lawn Doctor technician, I learned that they had been treating only half my lawn during their service visits for over two years. The previous dates that ************** treated my lawn are 29 January 2021, 11 March 2021, 26 April 2021, 9 August 2021, 29 September 2021, 8 March 2022, 13 April 2022, 11 May 2022, 2 August 2022, 21 September 2022, 1 November 2022, 6 January 2023, 22 February 2023, 5 April 2023, and 16 May 2023. The previous dates that ******************** treated my lawn are 1 November 2021 and 22 June 2022. (I have the invoices, both print and electronic, and will upload them upon request .) For all these visits I paid a total of $1,023.00, but only half my lawn was treated.I emailed ***********************, the owner of the Lawn Doctor franchise, about this matter on three occasions and have asked for appropriate compensation for the services not provided, i.e., not treating half my lawn. Although he does not dispute that the technicians serviced only half my lawn, he appears unwilling to offer any compensation. He has not responded to my last email, sent on 22 October ****. The email thread of this correspondence, which I can forward to you, contains more details about my complaint.Finally, the Lawn Doctor invoices that I have received since late 2018 no longer bear the ****************** address in your records but the following:Lawn Doctor of West Durham ****************************************************** ************** *************************************** Sincerely,*******************************
