    ******** company to work with! They wont fix anything under warranty and told me my expectations shouldnt be so high for only spending $400,000 on my home. There are serious erosion issues from lack of proper handling of storm water and a window cracked from settling and they claim I damaged it. Also, they kept my $4,000 deposit on the first home I was under contract on when I pulled out because the house was leveled with shims way too small for the size of the support columns.

    We bought a new construction house from 2020 Builders in **************, **************, that came with a one year home warranty. Less than one year after purchase, the upstairs tub/shower failed and cracked, causing water to flow through the ceiling and down into the kitchen through the recessed lighting. And yet despite the fact that the house was still under warranty, 2020 Builders refused to take even the slightest responsibility for their work or to honor the warranty that came with the house. They tried to deny, defect and redirect responsibility to anyone other than themselves. They are not a trustworthy company and I would caution anyone from ever doing business with this company. Their refusal to stand by their work and honor their contractual commitments is utterly disqualifying for them as company to do honest business with. Take great caution before you get in business with this company.

    The contractual obligations are laid out in the signed warranty document. I have attached the document for your convenience and have highlighted a couple of pertinent sections that apply to your requests:
    Page 1: This warranty does not apply to manufactured items.
    Page 1: Warrantor will not reimburse for cost of work that is not performed by warrantor.
    Page 15: 
    Possible Deficiency - Cracking or chipping of porcelain or fiberglass surfaces.
    Performance Standard - Chips and cracks on surfaces of bathtubs and kitchen sinks can occur when the surface is hit with sharp or heavy objects.
    Responsibility - Builder will not be responsible for repairs unless damage has been reported to Builder prior to the first occupancy or closing.

    I have recently had a very negative experience with 2020 Builders, LLC (28 ***************, *********, ** *****) that I wanted to share with you. I have uploaded an account of what has occurred as a PDF in order to provide a thorough description of my experience and context for my complaint.What my complaint ultimately is in regard to is:1) 2020 Builders is holding me financially responsible for a repair that cost $550.64 which, I believe, should be covered under their warranty and which I am hoping to be refunded for.2) 2020 Builders is responsible for four separate occurrences, that I know of, of trespassing on my property.
