- Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy: Customer will receive a full refund of deposit with cancellation at least 48 hours prior to reservation date. If customer cancels less than 48 hours prior to reservation date, then Kangaroo Rentals, LLC will keep the deposit and customer has the right to apply the balance to a future rental within a 30-day period. If the customer does not reschedule within the 30-day time allotted, then the rental deposit becomes non-refundable at the end of the 30-day period.
Returned Funds Policy: In the event a check or payment is returned to Kangaroo Rentals, LLC for insufficient funds, then customer agrees to pay the total rental price, as well as an additional $25.00 fee to Kangaroo Rentals, LLC in cash immediately upon notice.
