    WORSE ATTITUDE of any printing place I have ever contacted. Ive spent all day just trying to get them to confirm receipt of my email for a quote with no reply. When I called again at the end of day I spoke to a guy who sounded like his name was **** and learned that I was given the wrong email address earlier in the day so they didnt recieve my email. While thats not a big deal and it was easily corrected. Under the circumstances I asked if he would confirm receipt of my email which I resent to the correct email after. He refused stating he cant do that. I told him ******* who I spoke to earlier said they will gladly confirm receipt. **** said he cant do that. When I said it sounds like you guys are too busy to deal with it, his response was I suggest you go somewhere else. Most of us heard have heard of printing for less and are under the impression that they offer poor quality services. Based on my experience, the second ******** I spoke to later in the day was very overtitled, outright rude and had a very who cares attitude. How staff treat customers reflects the quality of the service one can expect from their print work.
