    About a year ago I paid for services for my significant other to get a pedicure, manicure, back rub and hair dye. The massage went fine and the other services did not because the haircut and the dye was supposed to be pastel light colors and it turned out to be extremely bright and very dark in color. There was also was no fade in the colors from one to the next. It was just lines. They gave her a trim and it was very uneven. It also took months for her to get it done. When I called for her to go in to get a pedicure and manicure, she never got scheduled. She ended up assign away before she could get in. I called and they said they were sorry for my loss but was unable to give my money back. Since then they have blocked my number.

    This whole thing from the beginning has been shady. ******** cards were purchased. Once gift cards were purchased, we received an excessive amount of threatening and intimidating messages. The client came in with pictures of how she wanted her hair. Her and one of the stylist that works in here talked extensively about her hair color. The stylist and customer were on the same page. When customer left the ********************** she was happy. The gentleman in question has never even stepped foot in our town. He lives in another state. Our nail lady tried to reach out to schedule an appointment, but the customer never called her back. The unnecessary phone calling has lead us to blocking his number. He was holding up our business line. I also know that as of today 12/13/23 that the lady is still living.

    I am rejecting this response because: They Are all outright lies. If a threat would have been made Law Enforcement would have been called. The hair was damaged. The dye she bought was not professional grade. It was extremely dark, Not Light Pastel color as requested. The only reason my phone number was blocked because I was requesting for them to do the right thing. They refused The lady's personality was border lining on extreme abusiveness toward me. My communications with this Lady at least on my part we're extremely professional. My sweetheart did not mind having to wait an excessive amount of time in order to get what services were already paid for To wait quite a few months. Not Acceptable in any way. Was I frustrated? Yes. They did not care. Put my feelings in total disregard. She still owes a manicure and pedicure. Try to get that worked out but the same thing. Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and finally we gave up. She has my money and I want it back. She stated that she would not do that. She said that a gift card would be applied and that was all. At this point we do not want to go back to that facility at all,...whatsoever ! ! !  None of this treatment from that facility is acceptable shame on them. Not acceptable,... not at all.     To whom it may concern. I am the nail technician at The ****** Willow Salon. The gift card was purchased, yes. The lady called to schedule while I was not in the salon. My co-worker who answered said she would give me the message, after being treated rudely on the phone by said lady. I called to get her scheduled, no answer, I proceeded to leave a message for her to call back. She never called back. She never even asked to schedule when she was in the salon getting her hair done. I do not feel this is my problem, or the problem of anyone in the salon. The gift card is still active and will be honored for her if she calls to schedule one or comes in to schedule one. I run my business under the umbrella of the salon. My business name is ToeNes Nails, I run it like any other business. If a person purchases a gift card anywhere else and the recipient of said gift card is never used would you contact that company and want a refund. This process of gift cards is just like any other business. And thats it, its business. If you want to file a complaint please have it against my own business instead of the entire salon. My response will be no different however. I am not new to running a business, all together over 20 years. I do not take being threatened lightly, and will stand by the way I run things. 

    I have never spoke to this gentleman, nor have I ever spoke to the lady who received the gift card even after trying to contact her to schedule. If a customer never calls back to schedule how am I supposed to schedule? I can not nor will I spend my entire time daily trying to contact people, people need to take some responsibility as well if they want to get on my calendar for a service.

    This response is a total lie except for the fact that My Lady called to make the Appointment. Gift Card,... what Gift Card ? The only time a Gift Card was even mentioned by this facility was when my lady moved away from ******* in order for them to try and Compensate for the Manicure and Pedicure as was Forementioned. Again,... I paid for all services which included a Massage, a Professional Hair Dye a Manicure and a Pedicure. Which was all paid for through my Paycard. I simply want my Money back, that is all. Whatever the cost for a Manicure and Pedicure is ( I believe it was around One Hundred and Eighty Five Dollars) I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! ! !
