We got a new roof in 2022 and worked with *****. In 2023, we noticed a leak so contacted ***** because paint was bubbling inside our house showing signs of water leaking in our house from the roof. ***** sent someone to repair dry wall and roof installer went up to caulk one section. This did not fix the problem. We were still having leakage now in another area inside our house, more paint bubbling and contacted him again in 2024. He sent someone else to check it out. This person smelled of alcohol and said it needed a gutter. The previous roof did not need a gutter. The person said theyd come back next week to check it out. They never came back. ***** was hard to work with and at one point before we finally got him to send someone said not my problem, Im retired now, which is against the 2 year warranty in our contract. Now its 2025 and the problem has continued. The dry wall inside under the roof is now soft as evidence the the leak is still continuing. The previous dry wall work done in 2023 in a different spot is now crumbling. We would like our roof fixed and examined and dry wall repaired.

    Business Response

    Date: 09/02/2025

We are writing in response to the recent complaint regarding roofing work completed by our company in 2022.  In 2023, the customer contacted us to report an interior paint issue caused by a roof leak.  We did send a technician to address the concern, applied roofing repairs, and the repaired the interior drywall.  The following year in 2024, the customer notified us of water intruision in another area of the home.  We sent over a technician which had reported to us  felt he that it was because proper raingutters were needed, which can impact roof performance.  He was to do a check back, but  in the meantime was let go and no longer works for us.  This incident unfortunately was not followed up on as we were under the impression that it was repaired by him.  Despite this we remain committed to customer satisfaction.  We have called and left a message and have received a text back stating that her husband will be in touch with us soon.

Our company stands by the quality of our work and our committment to resolving concerns in a timely manner.  We look forward to hearing back from the homeowner so we may complete any repairs needed and bring this matter to a positive resolution.

    Sincerely,

    ***** Connor

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. ***** has made contact and has sent someone to inspect roof. Roof repair is still not complete and dry wall damage inside is still not fixed. Plan from ***** has not been made to address the drywall. The roof repair person has come a few times and sprayed red foam that is now dripping down the side of our house, needs to be cleaned up. No communication has been made on updates on the roof repair process or plans for the drywall to be taken care of.

    Sincerely,
