Beginning in December 2022, and after months of working with MT Motoring to upgrade my 2019 Tucson's stereo/navigation system, it was concluded on May 13th that no suitable or reasonable replacement could be found. I initially started working with MT ****** in December 2022 and we finally made this decision at our last meeting on May 13, 2023. Given MT Motor's plan of action, I had prepaid for a new rear camera ($260) in January 2023, then ordered and paid $750 for the console headset in April 2023.In May, after looking over the console piece, **** let me know that the new piece was not suitable for my vehicle. He offered to reinstall my old backup camera and refund all my money ($1,100) but in the interest of saving us all more time and money, I assured him that a refund of $750 for the uninstalled head piece would be sufficient. He rang up some documentation and told me he could not refund my card, but he would speak to his finance person and call me when I could come pick up the refund check. Since, approximately once a week, I have either left a voicemail, sent an email, or come to the shop during posted business hours. My requests for call back regarding refund status has remained unanswered. I have no doubt that the owner is busy and this has escaped his awareness. As he has not responded to me, can you please assist with this refund process? I have multiple other pieces of documentation if needed. Thanks you advance,***************************
