    I had a flood from my water heater leaking covering my hallway, kitchen, dining room and living room with water. The floor got soaked to the baseboards and needed to be removed as well as certain flooring below. All removal was done by another vendor. I asked **** at warehouse flooring to quote me on replacing the laminate. We chose the color and **** recommended Mannington product. He recommended ***** Crew from Other Guys Wood Floors. Laminate was installed and shortly thereafter the floor was delaminating and chipping. I called **** and finally got someone from the installation crew to come out and look at it. They attempted to repair the cracks with no avail. The cracking and delaminating continued so I asked **** and **** to come out again which they never have. The floor continues to deteriorate. **** supposedly contacted ********** to which they supposedly said with the piece we sent them they would pay $500 for repairs and flooring which will not even come close to removing the damaged planks and replacing them. Even **** said that would be impossible and unprofessional. No attemp has been made on Dougs , Warehouse Flooring or Mannington to rectify the situation. The floor needs to be replaced in its entirety and moving of furniture and other expenses. I have contacted **** numerous times and his last response was he is going to contact his attorney. That is fine at his expense as well as the repairs and storage of furniture that needs to be removed and stored. It didnt have to come to this but I paid for a professional properly done floor and product which has not been done. Whether manufacturer, vendor or installation I am not responsible to rectify this problem. I need the floor replaced and not piece mailed back together.
