      REMOVEDfrom Jewelry Keepsakes has been a joy to work with. I simply gave her the funeral home's contact information, and she worked with them to get the ashes for the pendant I ordered. It was a relief not to have to do anything else while grieving the loss of my loved one.

      Our lab, REMOVED, went to sleep in October - we are heartbroken by the loss. We decided we wanted to keep her close to our hearts and reached out to jewelry keepsake to help us design pendants in her memory. We worked with REMOVEDon the custom pendant design. She was understanding, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about what we wanted and how to achieve it. The process was simple, turn-a-round was reasonable, quality was above and beyond expectations, and the final outcome - 14k gold custom pendants - were stunning.       When a loved one passes, we try to comfort, by doing something for those that are mourning. Most often, we think of taking food to their homes.       Company was fantastic to work with great they accommodated my needs for a custom gold Cross . I had one little issue with it when I received I sent back and they immediately corrected the issue. It was fantastic very pleased with their work. They truly do beautiful. Jewelry They did the customizing for me for a rated gold 14 karat gold cross the stick some of my beloved cats, ashes, in again, I could not have been more happy

      My daughter bought me a memorial pendant in 2019. I have worn it non-stop since, only taking it off once when I needed to replace the chain. Because of this, the bale eroded due to the chain rubbing it to the point that it wouldn't last much longer until it broke through. I contacted the company mid-March to see what it would to get cost the bale replaced. They offered to fix the bale for free, with me only paying shipping to send it back. I sent it on March 29, 2024 and received it back April 3, 2024. I was so surprised with fast the turn around! Not only did I mail it REMOVEDI also sent it on a holiday weekend. They repaired and returned in less than a week and I have my cherished pendant back on my neck where it belongs! I am so satisfied with the service I received! Absolutely 5 stars!

      Second time ordering custom Memorial Engraved Keychains from Jewelry Keepsakes. Both times were a great experience. Great service, and very reasonable prices, compared to others offering similar products. The finished products were both beautiful, and very well received and loved by the recipients!       REMOVEDKeepsakes is a great place to shop for your loved ones to remember them by. I had a key chain for over a year that broke and they were ever so kind to replace it for me at no cost to me. That was so very nice of them as the warranty had passed already. I have 2 other pieces purchased from them also that are just beautiful necklaces to treasure forever. They always respond very quickly to any requests. I would recommend them to anyone.
