Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Great Falls Area Chamber of Commerce (GFACC) reserves the right torefuse/cancel registrations. If GFACC refuses a registration, registrants willbe offered a refund.

Event Cancellation by Chamber
GFACC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment,inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.If GFACC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Shouldcircumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrantswill have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registrationto the same event at the new, future date.
In the case of inclement weather, the Chamber office follows the City ofGreat Falls Government schedule. If an event is cancelled or the Chamber officeis closed, it will be posted on the Chamber’s website. For our Business 4Breakfast events, if the schools in that jurisdiction are closed, the event iscancelled. For example, if Great Falls Public Schools are closed on the morningof Business 4 Breakfast, the event is cancelled.

Registration Cancellation byParticipant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline toreceive a refund for an individual ticket is four business days (96 hours)before the event.
The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is (7) sevenbusiness days before the event. Cancellations received after the stateddeadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrantswho choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writingonly and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refundrequests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requestsmust include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.  All refund requests MUST be submitted inwriting either by mail, fax or email. To submit a refund request by email,please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “EventCancellation: MM/DD/YYYY”.   Refunds will be issued by check.
These above policies apply to all GFACC events unless otherwise noted inthe corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event informationthoroughly.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, on-siteregistrants are subject to an additional $5.00 administrative fee.
