February 4th, 2022, ***************************** had submitted an emergency request at about 7:52am for a ceiling leak in the bathroom. I sent another text at 4:09pm asking what was going to be happening as it was still leaking. February 9th at 8:16am I received a text from maintenance stating, I will be over about 10am to work on the apartment above us. That day the ceiling had stopped leaking. The ceiling started to leak on February 12th. I sent them a message with no reply on February 15th. I sent another message as the leak had gotten even worse, filling multiple 5-gal buckets. February 16th westside residents received a text about the water being shut off to track down the leak and make repairs. February 25th, I sent another message about the leaking being even worse and we personally took the light fixture out ourselves as they never did it in the first place to track down the leak. February 25th, they had sent a text saying a maintenance man would arrive shortly. The maintenance man never showed up. I gave them until 10pm. Up until March 10th the ceiling hadnt been done yet. They eventually cut out the sheetrock, sprayed the black mold with bleach and covered it right up with new sheetrock. I had been sick for two months due to exposure to black mold. There were also visible human facies in the ceiling when talking out the light fixture they did not clean any of this up just sprayed with bleach. The leak contained water and urine. July 9th, 2022, I went into my bathroom. My bathroom floor had water all over it. My clothes were soaking wet, the toilet seat had water all over it and where they had slapped mud on the ceiling from the incident back in February it had been leaking and water marks were visible. I went into my living room. My light fixture was holding water or urine, the floor was soaked including my carpet, and my coffee table had this water mixture all over it, it had also gotten in my dogs dog food bowl. I went into my bedroom and there was a puddle.
