    5/13/2022 I called Summit Motor Sports to check the availability for a 2022 CForce 400. The sales agent confirmed the model was available. I inquired if it could be assembled, which they confirmed, and I could come the following Tuesday or Wednesday. 5/16/2022, I contacted Summit Motor Sports to follow up on the assembly, however the agent I was connected to informed me he had no idea what I was talking about and that they didn't have that model in stock. I was given the excuse that this was because I had spoken to a 'sales agent.' This was the beginning of a multitude of inconveniences. I went out of my way to visit Summit Motor Sports on 5/17/2022, the nearest location being a 2 hours away, to see what they physically had in stock. I was shown a 2021 CForce 500, and I was fine with spending the extra money to buy that model instead of one they apparently never had. I asked them to assemble it, and the details and price were agreed upon. The gentlemen helping me at this time told me that he was going to be on vacation the following week so the sale would continue with *******************************. Next Tuesday, 5/24/2022, I again visited to purchase the warranties and finalize delivery. The tire warranty was $1000, the extended warranty was $1700. Delivery was to be that weekend, which did not happen. 5/31/2022 I again went out of my way to visit their location to inquire why it wasn't delivered. ****** told me he couldn't contact me because he did not record my number outside the sales system, so he couldn't complete the delivery. I asked for a refund on the warranties, and was told they could only refund the extended warranty. ****** informed me that it would take 4-6 weeks for the refund to return to my account. I finally got the *** in my possession on 6/1/2022. The skid plate wasn't mounted fully and gears get stuck in reverse, high, and low. As of 11/18/2022 I still haven't received the refund for the extended warranty. Requests for documents were denied by the business.

    Buyer beware.... My daughter ordered an SV650 in June of 2023 and paid the $500 security deposit. We were told on the day of the sale that I would get a call the next day stating the status of the order, and that they expected it to be available within a few weeks. However, despite her calling every week for two months, no concrete date was provided and the contact - ****** - never once called back. She took a vacation in September and I took over the contact during that period, during which we finally got a delivery date of the 27nd of November. The bike never arrived and kept getting "delayed". We continued calling and going in in-person, until December at which point we were told that the bike had arrived with damage from shipping. Later, we found out that this was not true as no order was ever placed for the bike. After getting the news of the bike being 'broken', we were told they were going to do a dealer to dealer transfer from ******* with a delivery date of early January. This never happened, and upon talking to administration, we found out that the order request was never placed. After waiting for over eight months and being lied to about the status of the bike, we asked for the deposit to be returned.I would never recommend working with this company and my daughter says that if she could have gone back, she would have preferred to go multiple states over and ridden back rather than wait 8+ months for nothing.
