Important information

  • Advertising Review:
    • On December 4, 2023, Better Business Bureau reached out to the owner of Goddess of Spring LLC, Travis Sarisky, seeking substantiation, modification, or discontinuation of health claims made by the company. Primavera in its printed and online materials claim that essential oils can assist with the healing of certain health issues, specifically, that essential oil products “reduce,” “heal,” or take care of certain health issues advertised via its products. The owner brought to the BBB’s attention that he himself did not craft the wording or verbiage Goddess of Spring LLC uses, but that Primavera HQ did, and supplies those materials to its distributors. He merely re-posts what they give him as a distributor of their products.

      BBB holds businesses accountable for any 3rd party materials that are re-posted to a company’s page, whether they come from them directly or not. Primavera’s headquarters are located outside of the United States.

      As of February 27, 2024, the owner has not supplied BBB with the following:

      Substantiation of claims
      Proof of organic farm partnerships, and;
      Website policies posted for online sales of products.
    •
      Goddess of Spring LLC’s application for accreditation was denied due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet the following standards: Standard 2. Follow established legal and ethical advertising and selling practices, including, but not limited to, the BBB Code of Advertising. 2A. Work with BBB and agree to modify, substantiate or discontinue advertising and selling practices when recommended.
