If a lesser "Star" rating was possible, that is what I would assign. Stadium View is everything that was stated in the only other review posted. Additionally, in Feb. 2023 (now) not much has changed. My daughter has lived there for just over 6 months, with filth around the grounds, false accusations of "Violations" to the tenants (presumably to collect violation fees) and a multi-tenant unit, with one washer and dryer, has been malfunctioning (or completely broken) for all but the first month of occupancy, among many other complaints. Multiple "work orders", phone calls and emails have been sent. The recent turn of events is that SVA are now "contracting out" appliance repairs, "so you'll have to work through them to fix the units". Seriously??? Irresponsible, neglectful and outright breach of contract on the ********************* ***************** (Which, by the way, has not one phone number on the web, to contact for conflict resolution options). STAY AWAY FROM STADIUM VIEW!! Its grossly unfortunate that there is a severe lack of housing in *******, or these crooks would be sitting with hundreds of vacant units.
