When we were getting estimates from window manufacturers in Oct 2021 *******************, of Pella windows of ******** ******* came to my house and stated the windows would take 15 weeks to arrive, They arrived 23 weeks later. When they arrived *************************** , who is doing the work for me found that Pella made 4 of the 12 windows the wrong size. When I called ******************* he said it was Pella's mistake and to reorder would take another 13 weeks to get the new windows. I told him I shouldn't have to wait 13 more weeks as I already received my order 2 months late and had a realtor waiting to list my house. My house was to be listed in March but was delayed until May. Now he is saying I have to wail till late August , too late to list a house in *******. I was skeptical of ****** time frame so my wife called Pella Manufacturer Plant in **** and they said the wait for the new windows was 17 weeks not the 13 ******************* said they would take. My complaint is they weren't honest with me about the time frame from the beginning and that Pella should correct their mistake and expedite my 4 windows so I do not miss the entire real estate season in *******.
