    On or about January 12th, I rented a storage unit online from My Storage LLC in ********, MT. I was charged for the unit immediately. We were in a hurry to access the unit and reached out to the company on Monday, January 13th via phone. No one answered the phone. We were later informed they had phone issues. Since there was no answer, I emailed and asked for instructions to access our unit. We never received the email that the website stated would be sent to us. I received a response to my email that same day, however not all of my questions were addressed so I continued to email and call to get the answers. Basically, I had no information on how to access my unit. I was able to figure it out only to find that our unit had 2 feet of snow blocking the entrance. I had to locate the attorney who filed the *** paperwork in order to get anyone to respond to me. On January 15th we were informed that they do not plow snow, which was unacceptable. I was given the option of moving to a different unit or getting a refund. I chose the refund since I had already obtained a different storage unit due to our time constraints. As of 2/13, I still have not received the refund. I have emailed twice to follow up with no response.
