    **Subject:** Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of ************* by ****** Consultants Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to file a complaint against ****** Consultants at **************************************. We paid $50 for soil analysis in September 2024 but never received the promised results despite multiple follow-ups. Below is a summary of our interactions: **Timeline of Events** - **09/24/24**: Sent completed form, soil sample, and $50 check (#****) via *** ($19.62). - **10/04/24**: Emailed to confirm receipt of the sample. - **10/07/24**: **** confirmed receipt and promised results by the end of the week. - **10/30/24**: Emailed **** noting our check cleared on 10/24/24 and asked about results. - **11/08/24**: Requested an update; **** apologized, citing health issues, and promised to check with the lab. - **11/18/24**: Asked for results by the end of the week to allow for garden amendments. - **12/09/24**: Requested a refund since results were not delivered in time for fall amendments. - **01/02/25**: Sent a final email requesting a refund. **Complaint Details** Despite repeated follow-ups and ample time to provide the results, ****** Consultants failed to deliver the promised service. While we sympathize with Mr. ********* health issues, the service we paid for in good faith was not fulfilled. We request the following resolution: 1. A full refund of $50 for the undelivered analysis. 2.
