Warning Do not buy a car from these people, they do not stand behind their product! I bought a brand spanking new ****** Frontier Pick Up last August. It is my second Frontier, and I bought a new one because I never had any trouble with the old one. Since last August I have had nothing but trouble with this pick up, and even more trouble dealing with ***** (the general ******** ***** (the service ******** at *********************************************. The latest issue is that I have had 5 flat tires since August, the average person will have 5 flat tires over a lifetime. I took the flat tires to Rapid Tire in ******* and they refused to fix them because they said the tires were defective. I took them to the ******, and they said they werent defective and patched them for a charge of course. The tires didnt even last a month, and both were flat again. I took them back to ******, and they said the tires were unrepairable because they were punctured in the exact same spot they were patched, although they did have any nails or foreign objects in them. Just for fun I googled what are the chances of that happening under normal circumstances, and it is a 100 billion to 1. You have a better chance at winning the lottery or getting mauled by a polar bear and a grizzly bear on the same day. But ****** told me it happened because of where I have been driving, and not to take the Laurel ****** when driving to ******** for work. Although my fianc takes the same route every day and has never had a flat tire. I called Michelin Tires, and they asked me to take them to Discount Tire and have them inspected. Discount Tire put in writing that the patches were installed improperly and were not safe to drive on. I took this information back to ******, and they would still refused to replace the tires. So, I am out $650.00 to replace two tires with less than ****** miles on them.

We do feel bad of the clients situation but, unfortunately tires are not a warranty issue with the manufacturer.  We have had multiple conversations with client and we do feel bad but, unfortunately as a dealership we are unable to cover every non-warranty issue for free.  We have discussed all of this with the client and are happy to do so again.  *********************** our Service Manager is more than happy to discuss all of this with the client again if there has been a misunderstanding.   Please reach out at ************.
